About Us

Keep The Beat CPR & First Aid Training was established in 1995 and has continually grown to help serve the needs of our clients. In 2015, Caitlin and Kevin Brenner took over ownership and operations of this wonderful business. We are based on Kent Island, on the beautiful Eastern Shore of Maryland and serve the entire Mid-Atlantic region. We teach in all of Maryland, Washington, DC, Northern Virginia and all of Delaware. We strive to bring the most exciting training to our students. We are an authorized Training Site for the American Heart Association (AHA) and a Training Center for American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI). All of our instructors are fire and EMS professional with many years of real life experience. They will provide you with a wealth of knowledge and make you feel at ease with their passion for teaching CPR and first aid.

Keep the Beat has a home office and training center in Stevensville, MD. Located just a short drive from Annapolis, Easton, Centreville and Chestertown, it is a convenient location  to attend a public class. At this location we host at least eight classes a month. Find a morning or evening class that fits into your schedule. But Stevensville is just one of our training locations. You can also find our public classes in Severna Park, Columbia, and Capitol Heights. So no matter where you are, we have a class located close to you!

Can’t travel to our office? Well, we will travel to your home or office and conduct your training!

Have a group of folks that need training? We love teaching groups from 5 people to 50 people! We have plenty of equipment and instructors to meet the needs of your group, both large and small.
